With a dream to introduce true Neapolitan pizzas to Naples, the 'NeutralBites' establishment was born in 1985 by the Rossi family. This small, family-operated eatery originated with treasured recipes that span generations.

Marco Rossi, the progenitor of our restaurant, mastered the craft of pizza creation in her Italian voyages, particularly under the mentorship of veteran pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After her British homecoming, she aimed to replicate the enchantment of legitimate Italian pizza, embracing age-old methods and premium ingredients.

From a cozy 12-seat local gem to a famed eatery, our dedication to exceptional quality and genuineness has remained immutable. We employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough freshly each day, and procure the finest materials accessible.

Maintaining family ownership, 'NeutralBites' is now energized by the subsequent generation of the Rossi family, retaining the original mission deep at the heart of our operation: to craft scrumptious, bona fide pizzas that unite our community.
